It was really wonderful to be a part of Raag-Mala Toronto. My best wishes to all those associated with Raag-Mala and hope that they carry on with their efforts for the propagation and patronage for Indian classical music in Canada.
We were very very privileged to be invited to perform in Toronto – THE ONLY PLACE IN CANADA – at the end of our tour of USA, this spring of 2014. We owe a huge “thank you” to the audiences of Toronto. I hope that they are as elated to listen to us as we are singing for them!!
I really appreciate your efforts to keep Raag-Mala going and I wish you all success. We artists are always there to help you in your endeavor.
It was indeed a great pleasure to be in Toronto for Raag-Mala. Raag-Mala is doing a great service to classical music here in Canada, and I wish them all the best.
I feel so honoured and touched to have been invited all through these years, to perform for your esteemed organization. It is truly inspiring and I want to thank you, the board members and the volunteers for the tremendous efforts in putting up such glorious events.
I feel really grateful to all of you for the wonderful opportunity to present my music at Raag-Mala Toronto. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.
With Raag-Mala, I have felt the psychic presence that I always look for everywhere I go to perform. The inspiration and absorption I received from the audience of Raag-Mala is something I cannot put in words. All I am left with is a soothe, a joy, a peace beyond expression. Dhanyabad Raag-Mala.
For me, playing for Raag-Mala is like coming home. I’ve had such a long association with them, and their support for me and the music has been invaluable in my music career. Their contribution towards preserving our culture in this part of the world is appreciated not only by me, but also so many other artists from our sub-continent.
I wish Raag-Mala all the best. The work it does is important and central to the culture it serves. Maganbhai, may you have the blessings and the strength of that beautiful culture to spread its message of music.
Raag-Mala is a group of real musical people. It helped me playing my best music.
Raag-Mala is always considered as one of the most respectable organizations of North America in general, and Canada in particular. I and all of us pray to Almighty God for its continuous progress in propagating and perpetuating Indian raag music. I am always there with you.
To appreciate Indian classical music, one needs a discerning audience. By hosting concerts, Raag-Mala is providing the opportunity for listeners to appreciate this music. (The organizers) of Raag-Mala, who love this music do a great service by bringing musicians and audiences together. It was a great experience singing for Raag-Mala’s audience. Everything was beautifully well-organized.
