Hindustani Classical Music at Nuit Blanche

At Aga Khan Musuem

Aga Khan Museum in partnership with Raag Mala Toronto

Raag-Mala Music Society of Toronto is very excited to be partnering withAga Khan Museum for a few events at Nuit Blanche Toronto 2017. 

Admission for all events is FREE, and on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. We are unable to reserve tickets for this event**. 

8:30pm to 10:30pm: Raag Music with Ustad Irshad Khan playing the surbahar (bass sitar), an instrument rarely seen on stage, and the sitar. He will be accompanied by Kolkata-based maestro Pt. Samar Saha on tabla. (in the Aga Khan Museum Auditorium). 

11:30pm to 12:30pm: Pt. Samar Saha showcases the immense percussive and tonal range of the tabla, with Sanatan Goswami on harmonium. (in Yurt One Aga Khan Park)

4:00am to 5:30am: Enjoy refreshing and rare morning raags with vocalistPritam Bhattacharjee, accompanied by Prithwiraj Bhattacharjee on tabla, and Sanatan Goswami on harmonium. (in Yurt One Aga Khan Park)

**Raag-Mala Music Society of Toronto Benefactors and Patrons are guaranteed tickets for each Raag-Mala Music Society of Toronto 
concert in a season, and therefore, those are the only people for whom we are able to reserve tickets.
